Disney•Pixar has debuted four variant teaser trailers for Monsters University through different internet outlets, including Disney.com, iTunes Trailers, Yahoo! Movies, and The Huffington Post.
“Billy Crystal’s an amazing comedic actor,” remarks Dan Scanlon, the film’s director. “He gave us so much fun material, we decided to cut four slightly different versions of the trailer. We are so happy to have him back as Mike!”
NOTE: The only variation between the teasers is what Mike Wazowski says in bed.
Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan are an inseparable pair, but that wasn’t always the case. From the moment these two mismatched monsters met they couldn’t stand each other. Monsters University unlocks the door to how Mike and Sulley overcame their differences and became the best of friends.
Monsters University is scheduled to hit theaters on June 21, 2013.
