  • So last year I witnessed the broadway performance “Spider-Man:Turn Off The Dark” which took some elements from the “Traditional Spider-Man” and many more from the “Amazing Spider-man” Universes. In the plot, a “Sinister Six”, which was created and called together by Norman Osborne, included The Lizard along with other characters including Electro.
    Marvel did have some say in its production so I wouldn’t doubt it if something seen in that broadway show could have been a sort of preview-stunt put on by Marvel to get people to expect a “New Sinister Six” plot to be in the works. Much like how the removed scenes included Dr. Connors asking Peter if his powers were “an accident”, the play’s antagonist openly acknowledges that he knows how Spiderman got his mutant powers.

    Yes I’m just speculating, but it’s probably the only bit of Super Hero info I can give to to site that Rob and the gang hasn’t already looked at.
