Michael Rooker has joined the cast of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. Most recently seen as Merle Dixon on The Walking Dead, he will play the role of Yondu, a founding member of the team.
Yondu was a game hunter of a primitive tribe native to Centauri IV, the first planet system to be colonized outside of the Sun’s solar system.
Rob is a movie buff, computer whiz, gamer, huge Batman fan, and above all... a geek. In addition to being the Founder and Host of The Geek Generation, he is also a photographer, graphic designer, certified clinical hypnotherapist, a former professional wrestler, and a current superhero.
