There is only ONE true Karate Kid.
While going through my news feeds this morning, I noticed that there is a new trailer out for the remake of The Karate Kid. I could tell you that I debated on whether or not to post this “gem”, but that would be a lie. I have no intention of it ever surfacing on this site. I didn’t even bother watching it. As true children of the 80’s, I feel comfortable in speaking on behalf of the entire staff here at The Geek Generation when I say that we will not report on nor acknowledge the existence of this blasphemous remake that Hollywood is shilling out to us. There is only ONE Karate Kid…and his name is Ralph Macchio…and he’s the best around…nothing’s ever gonna keep you down…

Whenever I think of that movie, it makes me want to go to Golf ‘n Stuff.
The other thing is it’s in China… it should be called the The Wushu Kid.
