Iwata hosted another Nintendo Direct – the first full Nintendo Direct since E3 back in June. Although there weren’t many new titles revealed, Nintendo chose to go into more detail regarding previously released upcoming games for the Wii U and 3DS.

Rayman Legends – Ubisoft’s next platformer will feature Co-OP up to 5 players (5th player with game pad alters terrain). It can also be played solo on the Gamepad with the TV off. Originally a Wii U exclusive, the game will also be available on PS3, Xbox 360, Vita, and Windows. September 3, 2013

Pikmin 3 recently released. Screenshots can be posted to Miiverse. Screenshots are taken from the gamepad from the character’s perspective.
Mario & Luigi: Dream Team – More footage shown. Lots of new equipment and power-up badges. A challenge mode has been revealed that will unlock very powerful equipment. The game will be available for 3DS in physical form and via the eShop. August 11, 2013
Pokémon Rumble U – Nintendo’s 3rd game in the Pokémon promises to be the biggest in the series featuring all 649. This game will also feature Co-Op multiplayer. This game also supports the scanning of collectible NFC Figures via Wii U gamepad. So far there are 18 figures that will be available for purchase exclusively at GameStop. eShop only. August 29, 2013

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds – Iwata explains the parallel worlds that Link will need to travel between in order to bring peace back to Hyrule. It is also explained that the world that Link lives in is the same world as in A Link to the Past, however, many years in the future. Thus, this hero is a descendant of the former. November 2013
Wind Waker HD – Game footage shows that a faster mode of sailing has been added and that wind waker events have been sped up. Iwata also compares it to the other games in this specific Zelda timeline. October 2013
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS – Luigi has been confirmed as a playable fighter! (No surprise there)
Animal Crossing: New Leaf – Wii U connectivity with the 3DS in the form of the Animal Crossing Plaza service on Wii U from now until late 2014.
Nintendo finished up the video by announcing a Nintendo Direct specifically for The Wonderful 101 on August 9th.
